DELIVERY
We use DPD to deliver all online orders. You will receive an email and a text message when your order has been collected from the brewery, and on the morning of your delivery, DPD will give you a 1-hour delivery time slot.
For orders over ÂŁ50
Free next working day DPD delivery when your order is placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
For orders under ÂŁ50
Next working day DPD delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) – ÂŁ4.99
COLLECTION
Live locally? When ordering via our online Shop, just select “Collection” at checkout, and you’ll be prompted to select a time and date with a 15 minute window for collection.
Collection slots are available on Wednesday (5.30pm-9pm), Thursday/Friday (5.30pm – 10pm) and Saturday (2.30pm – 10pm)
You can collect orders placed online from our tap house, which is located at 86-92 Stewart’s Road, London, SW8 4UG
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards via our online checkout. All payments are processed using SAH-256 encryption for your security.
REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your order after 3 days, or if the delivery box or beers arrive damaged please contact us on hello@mondobeer.com.
AGE REQUIREMENT
If you are under 18, it is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol. We operate a Challenge 21 scheme and will ask you for identification if you look younger than 21.
