A session pale influenced by the recent trend for hazy pales and IPAs, which began in the eponymous U.S. region. This beer is bursting with fruity aroma, while low-to-no bitterness allows the hop character to shine. Full bodied with a soft mouthfeel, it’s the perfect introduction to craft beer.
Pale malt, Wheat and Oats provide the base. Carapils added for body. Citra and Amarillo hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Citra, Cascade and Simcoe. Fermented with a Vermont Ale yeast strain.
